As a Manifesting Generator with a 1/3 profile, my path has always been one of deep inquiry, experiential learning, and embodied wisdom. Guided by the natural curiosity of my Line 1 and the lived lessons of my Line 3, I have immersed myself in the study of Human Design—exploring every book available in both English and Spanish and completing numerous trainings in Human Design reading, interpretation, and coaching.
My journey is rooted in the belief that each of us carries a unique energetic blueprint, a sacred map that reveals how we are meant to move, create, and thrive in this lifetime. As a NASM-Certified Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer, I bridge energy with embodiment through human design life coaching, helping you not only understand your design but feel it in your body, align with it in your relationships, and express it through your work and purpose.
With more than 25 years of experience navigating the corporate legal world, I bring grounded clarity and compassionate insight to every session. This fusion of spiritual study, physical wisdom, and real-world experience allows me to offer deeply holistic Human Design readings that honor your whole being: mind, body, soul, and energetic nature.
